MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His music is one of the biggest within music in the Latin mainstream. The 2016 smash Una Lady Como Tu was the winner of a Colombian Kids Choice Award for Favorite Song in 2017. In 2017, he dropped ADN the first of his long-players to La Industria Inc. in Medellin. The album peaked at the rank of eighteen on the Top Latin Albums charts. Vaina Loca is it was the Top Five hit of Ozuna's Top Five album in 2007 led him to join Ozuna. He worked with Noriel on Mala Influencia in the year 2020, and in the year following, he released his sophomore album the chart-topping Dopamina. His parents and brothers also played the guitar. In interviews, Turizo has said that music is a must. When he was young, he instructed to play guitar, the piano and ukulele. The first choice for his career was to be a veterinarian, but his brother Julian convinced him to study how to sing under an instructor from a Cuban teacher. The end result was that he found his talent for singing and changed the course his life.
